Jean-Luc Pasquet has made quite a name for himself in the cognac world in a short time. This Single Cask version was distilled in 81, so we are talking about a cognac that is over 42 years old. Only Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Fins Bois were used. So expect a fruit bomb with deliciously subtle wood influences. A real cognac for connoisseurs.
