Maison François Voyer was established over two centuries ago in the towns of Verrières and Ambleville, in Grande Champagne, where it produces cognacs that are initially aged in new barrels for three years to provide the necessary structure lengthy ageing. Exceptionally complex, this venerable cognac also has a beautiful fresh expression and remarkable strength. The quality of the fruit, the noble spices and the way it reproduces the original grapes with tremendous purity, perfectly highlight the quality of this terroir classified as a ‘premier cru de Cognac’.
Profile: full-bodied, complex. The nose is very mature and characterised by citrus fruit, exotic fruit and spearmint. The palate has notes of vanilla, noble spices (saffron) and fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry). Hints of rose petals, quince jelly and precious wood.
