Story:
In monastic life, a novice is someone who newly enters and begins his formation. This lasts for about nine years and ends with several years in the mother house of the Brothers of St John in Rimont, France.

Flavour:
Fresh, blonde beer with a subtle acidity. Brewed with barley, wheat and oats and fermented with a northern French saison yeast, which provides a dry finish.
