Story:
Abba Moses (3rd/4th century) was also one of the first desert fathers. Whereas Anthony Abbot came from a well-to-do family, Abba Moses was initially a servant and lived a rough existence for a while after his release. Seeking refuge in a monastery one day, he was touched by God and converted.

Taste:
In terms of taste, our Abba Moses is the firmer brother of the Antonius Abbot. A bit higher in alcohol and with a rich pallet of acidity a bit more prominent. Highly recommended for lovers of lambic and gueuze.
