Every year we brew a beautiful full-bodied quadrupel in honor of the feast of St. John the Evangelist, the patron saint of the Brothers of St. John.

Flavour:

Full-bodied with rich flavors of caramel and grain. Ideal for long aging in bottle (dark!), bringing notes of port and dried fruit to the fore.
