This gin has been made at the Wagging Finger Distillery in Deventer - The Netherlands.

The 8 botanicals used are: juniper, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cubeb pepper, orange peel, lemon peel and angelica root.

It has has been matured for 14 weeks on a 64 liter cask of new American oak (Quercus Rubra).

This (under the guidance of distiller Erik Molenaar) self-made gin has been bottled in honor of the 5th anniversary of Wine- and Whisky Specialist Van der Boog (2012 - 2017) - Rijswijk The Netherlands.

Perfect as a base for your Gin and Tonic cocktail, but also delicious to just drink it straight!

Serving tip:

Gin: 40ml Van der Boog Aged Gin (in a nice Copa glass with 3 big ice cubes)

Tonic: 100ml Elderflower tonic (about half a bottle)

Garniture: een piece of fresh fig and some bruised blueberries
