Distillation Equipment

The Enmore Two Colum Wooden Coffey Still, a traditional distillation apparatus, operated on Guyana's Enmore sugar estate.

Constructed in 1880, it replicated Aeneas Coffey's pioneering continuous still design and was crafted from durable Greenheart wood.

Rum & Aging process

In 1998, the rum was shipped to the UK and aged in ex-bourbon barrels. In April 2000, it was transferred to Armagnac casks, and finally, in February 2008, to 2nd fill rum barrels.

The bottling in 2024 resulted in 204 bottled at natural cask strength of 49.3% vol and without additives.
