Tasting Notes

Nose

An elegant bouquet of dried figs, roasted almonds, and a touch of sherry. Warm tones of cinnamon, orange peel, and soft tobacco blend with caramel and a hint of leather. Both classic and exotic at once.

Palate

Creamy and layered, with flavors of toffee, dates, mocha, and subtle spice. The Spanish component brings refinement and a touch of oxidative complexity, while the Venezuelan rum provides smoothness, roundness, and tropical undertones of coconut and vanilla. Perfectly balanced, never overwhelming.

Finish

Long and gentle, with a warm finish full of nuts, raisins, and a whisper of oak. A lightly spiced tail rounds it out and invites another sip.
