Don Papa 7 years is a premium rum from the island of Negros, Philippines, located in the heart of the country's sugar cane industry. The distillery, founded in 2012, takes its name from Papa Isio, a local revolutionary and shaman from the 19th century, who played an important role in the Philippine revolution.

A specific feature of Don Papa 7 years is its production with locally grown sugar cane, considered one of the sweetest in the world. The rum is distilled and then aged for seven years in American oak barrels at the foot of the Kanlaon volcano, creating a unique combination of climate and terroir that contributes to its complex flavour.
