"Distilled in Trinidad and bottled after 19 years in a bourbon barrel at a very healthy 58% ABV, this spirit introduces more than a little Caribbean fruit and funk to this Adelphi outturn. Old rubber tires, unripe banana mixed with overripe papaya and guava, powerboat petrol… the nose brings all of those wacky and wonderful rum tasting notes one might expect.

But don’t be fooled! On the palate a lighter and brighter side shines through as well, with glorious powdered citrus fruit juice and oversweet lemonade, sherbet dip, Italian Ice, and blue raspberry softening that boozy funk from the nose.
