The Pot Still was brought to Diplomático's La Miel distillery in 1959.

This discontinuous distillation system was originally used in Scotland to produce whisky.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Vivid, dark amber rum.

Aroma: Nicely balanced nose with red fruits and tropical aromas, and underlying notes of sugar cane honeys and vanilla.

Palate: Well structured on the palate where fine wood combines with coffee and dark chocolate. Very elegant, complex and long-lasting finish.
