Forsyths WPE 151 Proof Pure Single White Rum is the result of extremely long, classic Jamaican-style fermentation (three months). It is distilled in the double retort pot still built by Forsyths and installed at Worthy Park in 2005. This rum, which has a congener content of 597,3 mg/lt, more than double that of a rhum agricole, offers all the aroma and complexity typical of an old-style Jamaican rum.
