• Matured in a Refill Butt
• No Colouring
• No Chill Filtering
• Cask Strength (but below 50%)

The tasting note that accompanies it:

Scent: A sweet malty honey character with green apples and more orchard fruit.

Palate: Full and warming with chocolate, cream and ginger biscuits.

Finish: Wonderfully long with dark fruit, burnt wood and crisp red apples.
