Cask Influence: 70% Bourbon, 5% Oloroso Sherry, 25% Port
This Small Batch Vatting combines bourbon and oloroso sherry matured Kilchoman at 46% ABV with one specially selected Port hogshead, at natural cask strength.
The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with added layers of red currents, fresh vanilla pods and dark chocolate.
