The 100% Islay 9th Edition was distilled from the 2007 and 2009 barley harvests before being matured in 43 ex-bourbon barrels for over 9 years. 

The combination of lightly peated barley and bourbon barrel maturation creating layers of citrus sweetness, toasted caramel and soft peat smoke.
