Parkmore Selection is a series of single malt whiskies that have been maturing in the traditional dunnage warehouse at Coleburn Distillery and have been selected by the members of the Whisky Creations Team working from Parkmore. The whiskies have all been through the Art of Maturation programme, and monitored closely during their years in traditional oak casks. In this instance, we are proud to offer whisky lovers a fine example of the programme. This quality spirit from Auchroisk, distilled in Speyside, has been matured in ex-bourbon casks, after which time it was transferred to first-fill Madeira barrels finish. Bottled without chill-filtering or added colour – for you to gain maximum enjoyment from this dram.

Tasting Notes:

The influence of the two years in Madeira barrels is clear from the very beginning. Light fruit and floral scents are complimented by wine notes in the foreground of the bouquet, with hints of malt, spice and tobacco. The picture is complete with just a touch of smoke hovering in the background.
