Tasting Notes:

Colour: Rich gold.

Nose: Banana and almond cake, with a toffee sauce, underpinned by toasted oak.

Taste: Complex and full-bodied. Orchard fruits, honey and home-baking. Peach and raisin pie, with golden syrup drizzled on top. Quite strong peppery notes.

Finish: Rich, sweet and spicy.
