Tasting notes:

On the nose there is some candied orange, some buttered toast and sherry.

The palate has a lovely warmth, really chewy, some toffee, cherries, hints of liquorice and dried apricots.

A lovely finish, smooth in texture, very long and warming with some sherry, salted caramel and demerara sugar.
