Grande Champagne

In Grande Champagne, there are over 13,000 hectares of vineyards where only white grapes are planted to eventually produce cognac. This region is also home to the town of Cognac, but the town at the heart of this region is Segonzac. The thick limestone layer makes for very refined cognac that benefits from a long maturation.
