Description

Sibona Grappa Riserva Barolo Tuttogrado 50cl

Sibona Grappa Riserva Barolo Tuttogrado is an elegant and powerful grappa from the heart of Piedmont’s wine country. Produced by Distilleria Sibona, one of Italy’s oldest and most respected distilleries, it is crafted from the Nebbiolo pomace used to make Barolo - the “king of Italian wines.” After distillation, the spirit matures for an extended period in oak casks, developing warm, full-bodied notes of fruit, wood and spice.

Tuttogrado indicates that this edition is bottled at natural cask strength, undiluted, preserving its richness and depth while maintaining balance and finesse - a hallmark of Sibona’s mastery.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Complex and intense with dried figs, raisins and ripe plums alongside vanilla, cocoa and hints of leather. Oak aging adds warm layers of nuts, caramel and spice.

Palate

Rich, full-bodied and powerful yet perfectly balanced. Flavours of candied fruit, honey and dark chocolate blend with tobacco and oak. The higher strength enhances aroma and texture, delivering depth and warmth without harshness.

Finish

Long and velvety with lingering caramel, fruit and gentle spice. A graceful, warming close.
