• Distilled at a Secret Orkney Distillery 20 years 1999 - 2020 Single Cask "Vikings"

Tasting Notes:

Colour: full gold

Aroma: yellow plums, classic heather, chalk and other mineral notes, citrus, lime zest

Palate: waxy, oily texture, floral honey, sweet smokiness, green banana, peers and appels

Finish: leather, ginger, herbal smokiness, nice length

• Glentauchers 6 years 2014 - 2020 Single Cask "Scottish Warrior"

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Deep bronze

Aroma: sweet, herbal, meaty oloroso sherry, maggi, toffee, polished copper, wet leather, marmalade, almonds

Palate: sherry brandy, figs, toffee, chocolate, mocha, red wine poached pears

Finish: earthy spiciness, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, long and warming

• Ledaig 22 years 1997 - 2020 Single Cask "Reeky Harbour"

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Yellow gold.

Nose: Cider apples (Cidre de Normandie), dried fruit, ripe tangerine, dried glass of amontillado sherry, but also salty licorice, kelp, oysters and campfire smoke. In addition, harbour smells such as ship rope, diesel oil, soot, earthy, gunpowder, charcoal, tar, saddle leather, kippers and a salty sea breeze. Like walking around in an old fragrant harbour. That is why we have baptized this bottling as “Reeky Harbour”.

Taste: The typical Ledaig smokiness immediately shows up, but also a true maritime character. Leather, tar, cigar leaves, shag (rolling tobacco) and a light but very pleasant rubbery tone. The subtle wood aromas and fruit notes like dried fruit bring structure and balance to this single malt.

Finish: The taste of roasted chestnuts and smoked raisins lingers for a long time.
