Notes: Rates are per parcel. Mixed bottles are allowed. Heavier wooden boxes or unusual bottle sizes may reduce the maximum number of bottles per parcel.

📄 Important information about VAT & customs

  1. Within the EU, all our products are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).
  2. Orders placed from outside the EU are tax-free, but local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply. These charges are always the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Customs may open parcels for inspection, which can sometimes cause slight delivery delays.
  4. In rare cases, customs may damage or even refuse a parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds can be issued in such cases.
  5. If a parcel is returned by customs or authorities, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
  6. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office or relevant authority.

📦 Insured Shipping

We want all our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition, and we take great care to package every parcel securely.

In more than 99% of cases, orders arrive without any damage.

For just 1% of your order value (already included in the price for orders outside the EU), you can choose insured shipping. This gives you full coverage against loss or damage during transport, with compensation for the full value of your order.

If insured, all transport-related damage will be fully compensated.

  1. A photo of the entire parcel, with the shipping label clearly visible.
  2. Close-ups showing the damage and a photo clearly showing the intact seal on any damaged or broken bottle.
  3. Retain the product, box and all packaging until we provide further instructions.
