Tasting notes

Nose

A punch of classic Islay smoke – bonfire embers, seaweed, damp rope, and charred orange peel. Underneath, creamy notes of vanilla fudge and dark apple syrup add balance.

Palate

Full-bodied and assertive. Layers of peat smoke, roasted barley, black pepper, and salted caramel unfold. A coastal breeze and touch of smoky bacon round out the Islay signature.
