This special release is aged in three different American Bourbon barrels and then finished in virgin oak barrels. The house style certainly remains, but is complemented with an additional layer of complexity, creating a delightful whisky. Michael Henry, the Master Blender, has worked with former golf legend and Loch Lomond ambassador Colin Montgomerie to create a whisky worthy of this special year.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Caramel and toffee, poached pear, red apple with fresh vanilla.

Taste: Chewy Toffee with green apple, apricot jam and lemon citrus.

Finish: Toasted oak, a gentle smokiness then warming oak spice of cinnamon and clove.
