Nose: Phenolic and aromatic, with clear smoke, eucalyptus, vanilla, heather and subtle citrus notes. Very fresh!

Palate: Dry and elegant, smoky, with ash and campfire, salt, vanilla, herbs and subtle citrus notes.

Finish: Long, very dry, herbal and astringent, spicy and very warming.
