Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh and lightly floral with notes of green apple, lemon peel and a hint of vanilla. Soft layers of malt, honey and gentle spice follow.

Palate

Lively and smooth with flavours of pear, shortbread and toffee. The malty core is well-defined, surrounded by light spicy notes of white pepper and cinnamon.

Finish

Medium in length with a clean, crisp finish where apple, vanilla and a subtle spiciness linger pleasantly.
