Tasting Notes

Nose

Firm aromas of stewed plums, sultanas and roasted sugar. In addition, spicy hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, combined with a hint of leather.

Taste

Full and rich with dark chocolate, toffee, and dried red fruits. The spice continues with pepper and clove, while a creamy texture brings everything into balance.

Finish

Long and warming with lingering notes of sherry, oak and a little bitterness of pure cocoa. The hint of leather returns subtly in the finish.
