Glengoyne White Oak
The White Oak non-aged statement comes in the recognisable Glengoyne bottle without box, to emphasise Glengoyne's commitment to sustainability. The basis for this whisky lies in North America, the summer home of the geese that grace Glengoyne's valley every winter. That inspired the distillery to mature this whisky in casks of first fill bourbon and virgin American oak. The white oak creates soft and sweet influences with a beautiful golden glow. With notes of crème brûlée, candied lemon and jam tart, and an aftertaste of toasted oak and toffee. This is the result of the Glengoyne method. In the stillness of the peaceful valley, patience is rewarded.

Glengoyne Distillery
Glengoyne Distillery is located at the foot of the Dumgoyne Hills, just north of Glasgow, on the border of the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands. Founded in 1833, Glengoyne is known for its traditional and artisanal approach to whisky production. The distillery is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by green hills and the pure water of nearby springs.
A unique feature of Glengoyne is the use of air-dried barley, instead of the usual peat-drying process, resulting in a mild whisky without smokiness. Glengoyne whiskies are known for their rich, fruity flavour profile with notes of apple, pear, toffee and a subtle hint of spice. The slow distillation process and maturation in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks contribute to the whiskies' complexity and depth.
Glengoyne prides itself on its eco-friendly approach and sustainable practices, such as the use of renewable energy. This distillery can no longer be ignored in the Scotch whisky landscape.
