Glenturret Distillery

Glenturret Distillery is located in the picturesque area of Crieff, in the Scottish Highlands, on the banks of the River Turret. Founded in 1763, Glenturret is considered one of the oldest distilleries still operating in Scotland. With a rich history dating back to the illicit distilling practices of the 18th century, Glenturret has built a strong reputation.

A unique feature of Glenturret is the use of traditional production methods which contributes to the unique and high-quality whiskies. Glenturret single malts are known for their smooth, complex and well-balanced flavour profile, often with notes of fruit, honey, malt and a slight spiciness.

The whisky is mainly matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, creating a rich and refined flavour. The combination of an idyllic location, traditional techniques and high-quality whiskies makes Glenturret a respected name in the world of Scotch single malt whisky.
