Cardhu Distillery

Cardhu Distillery is located in the heart of the Speyside region, near the village of Knockando in Moray. Founded in 1824 by John and Helen Cumming, Cardhu has a rich history and is known as one of the few distilleries co-founded and run by a woman. Helen Cumming played a crucial role in the distillery's early years.

A unique feature of Cardhu is the use of pure spring water from the nearby Mannoch Hills, which contributes to the purity and quality of their whiskies.
