Tasting Notes

Nose

Deep and inviting aromas of stewed plums, raisins, dark chocolate and a hint of orange peel. Gentle background notes of oak and clove.

Palate

Rich and silky with flavours of toffee, candied fruit, walnuts and spicy sherry tones. A beautiful balance between sweet vanilla notes and the warmth of seasoned oak.

Finish

Long and warming with an elegant dryness, lingering notes of dark chocolate, nutmeg and dried fruits.
