Tasting Notes

Nose

Lovely aromas of vanilla fudge, warm cornbread, caramel and a touch of oak. Hints of roasted peanuts and gentle spice follow.

Palate

Full-bodied and powerful with sweet corn syrup, toffee, cinnamon and clove. Creamy in texture with intense but well-integrated flavours.

Finish

Longer than you’d expect for a 3-year-old: warm, slightly drying, and full of vanilla, brown sugar and a soft hint of leather and spice.
