Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm and inviting. Notes of vanilla, caramel and raisins, with cinnamon, clove and toasted oak in the background.

Palate

Smooth, rounded and spicy. Toasted rye bread, honey, orange zest, cinnamon and a hint of pepper. Beautifully balanced between sweetness and spice.

Finish

Medium to long, with a warm spicy fade, subtle oak and a touch of toffee sweetness lingering on.
