Teeling Distillery

Located in the heart of Dublin, Ireland, Teeling Distillery marks the return of whiskey production to the city after a 125-year hiatus. Founded in 2015 by brothers Jack and Stephen Teeling, the distillery builds on its rich family history in the Irish whiskey industry, dating back to 1782.

A unique feature of Teeling Distillery is its use of both traditional and innovative techniques. The distillery uses copper pot stills for triple distillation, ensuring a smooth and refined spirit. Teeling also experiments with a wide range of casks for maturation, including ex-bourbon, rum, wine and sherry, resulting in whiskeys with complex and layered flavour profiles.

Teeling whiskeys are known for their rich and fruity character, with notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and a subtle spiciness.
