Tasting Notes

Nose

Fruity and vibrant with notes of green apple, peach and tropical fruit. Beneath lie aromas of vanilla, honey, toasted almonds and a hint of spice from the Madeira influence.

Palate

Powerful yet balanced, with layers of juicy fruit, soft spice and creamy vanilla. Flavours of stewed pear, cinnamon, milk chocolate and a touch of toasted coconut add depth and structure. The pot still spice builds gently.

Finish

Long and warming with lingering sweet fruit, spicy oak tones and a soft, dry note of cocoa and wood.
