Tasting note

Nose

A refined blend of honey, vanilla, and ripe apple, complemented by subtle notes of cinnamon and toasted oak. A hint of tropical fruit, such as mango, adds a playful touch.

Palate

Full and rich on the palate, with layers of caramel, toffee, and hints of apricot. The influence of the wood brings a gentle spiciness with accents of nutmeg and white pepper.

Finish

Long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of citrus. A velvety oak touch rounds off the experience beautifully.

Chichibu Distillery

Chichibu Distillery is located in the picturesque town of Chichibu, about 100 kilometres northwest of Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto, a renowned name in the Japanese whisky industry, Chichibu has quickly built a reputation for producing high-quality craft whiskies.
