Tasting note

Nose

A delicate and refined opening with notes of honey, ripe peach, and apricot. Floral hints of honeysuckle emerge, followed by a subtle touch of vanilla. After a few moments, gentle spice notes of white pepper and a whisper of sandalwood appear.

Palate

Rich and complex, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and spice. Notes of candied almonds, caramel, and ripe yellow fruit are beautifully complemented by soft oak influences and a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. A subtle white wine cask influence adds an elegant freshness.

Finish

Long and refined, with lingering notes of honey, citrus, and roasted hazelnuts. A slight salinity and a hint of tobacco create an intriguing finale.

Chichibu Distillery
