Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh and aromatic with apple, pear and lemon zest. Vanilla, honey and light malt notes follow, backed by gentle spice and soft oak.

Palate

Rounded and precise with fruity sweetness, creamy vanilla and a touch of caramel. Citrus and orchard fruit keep it bright, followed by white pepper, light ginger and clean oak structure for grip.

Finish

Medium to long and elegant with lingering fruit, gentle spice and a light oak note. It closes clean, slightly dry and beautifully balanced.
