Fresh and clean, lingering on red fruit, citrus and a lightly dry, crisp grip at the end.

Food Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and great with snacks, antipasti, salads and grilled vegetables. Also lovely with prawns, tuna, sushi and lighter pasta dishes with tomato or lemon. On warm days, don’t hesitate to serve it a bit cooler.
