By picking all the grapes by hand, they ensure that they truly only collect premium ingredients for their produce and meet the highest quality standards. As a result the wines are able to compete with the best of their guild.
The red wines are mainly made from Tannat, Malbec (Cot), Merlot, Fer Servadou and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The white wines are made from Semillon, Sauvignon gris, Petit Mansegn, Petit Courbu and Colombard.
This dry white wine reflects perfectly the soil of the clay and limestone terroir. They produce it gently in "high fashion casks“ in order to obtain the best of the grape varieties that deserve to be in this wonderful Cuvée.
