Riesling is also called the king among white wines, we prefer to refer to queen as due to its elegance and refinement. Riesling is a white grape variety, suitable for producing dry and elegant wines. The Riesling grape produces very high-class wines that can be kept for a long time. The wine is very fresh and fruity, and its aroma mainly reveals citrus fruit and a granny smit apple. It is our only wine that ages well, this wine can easily reach 10 years and beyond. After 3 to 4 years, 'goût de pétrole', the smell of petroleum, develops in this wine. This wine is an ideal pairing with anything from the sea.
