Grapes Varieties: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Yellow green
Vinification: Separate harvest of each grape, destemming and soft pressing, The clarified must fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature dependent on the aromatic origin of each grape. When the final batch was ready, the wine was stabilished in cold and filtered before it was bottled.
Nose: Tropical and citric aromas, pineapple and lemon hints.
Palate: Acidity and residual sugar well balanced.
Tasting Note: Lively and pleasant.
Gastronomy: Serve chilled at 10-12ºC. Recommended either as an appetizer, with sea food or grilled fish dishes.
