Nose: Lightly smoked, with notes of undergrowth, laurel and fresh cereals. The woody taste is grilled and roasted.

Taste: The peat is more expressive and incorporates aromas of pepper, grapefruit and cardamom. The finish is full of finesse, on flavours of praline, exotic fruits and vine peach. Finesse and a veil of peat. Complex and persistent length.
