Tomásin is our first single pot still whiskey to be released. This unique pot still whiskey is named after the home of our headquarters in Choill Mhic Thomásin (Kilmacthomas), Co. Waterford.
This single cask is the first step in our journey to creating our own signature pot still whiskey, using the cask styles we have worked with do far in all of our previous releases.
Distilled in September 2016 at Great Northern Distillery, County Louth.
Matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask for 3 years and 10 months.
Transferred to our ex-Bill Phil peat cask #19099 for 16 months.
