Domaine UBY is situated in the Gascogne area of France. It is a family owned vineyard that produces Wines and Armagnac. The range of UBY Armagnac is created from both the Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes and distilled at the vineyard itself.

They age in French Oak barrels to develop the “eau de vie” into the noble amber-coloured liquid. The traditional range consists of 5 different age expressions - 3 to 20 years old.

Character: Spices, supple & harmonious

Colour: Attractive orange colour, bright, with light amber highlights.

Nose: Plenty of elegance in the nose, where delicate citrus aromas mix in a perfect harmony of light smoky notes.

Taste: Suppleness and delicacy on the palate, where extraordinary aromas of candied fruit open out with a long delicately spiced finish.
