Since 2014, Israel has also been a whisky-producing country. In that year, the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, the cultural and culinary center of Israel, opened its doors for the first time. Due to the high temperatures and humidity of the Israeli climate during most of the year, the whisky can mature relatively quickly and by now we can enjoy high-quality Single Malt Whisky from this distillery.
