Milk & Honey Distillery is located in Tel Aviv, Israel, a city known for its dynamic and modern atmosphere. The distillery uses a wide range of casks, including ex-bourbon, STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Recharred) wine casks, and experimental casks such as pomegranate wine and red wine casks. This creates rich and complex flavour profiles with notes of fruit, spices, vanilla and honey.
