Australia is such a large continent and yet there are only a handful of distilleries producing whisky that are also available outside of Australia. Most whisky distilleries are located on Tasmania. Meanwhile, there has been a nice advance and distilleries like Starward in Melbourne are well on their way to conquering the world.
