Nose

Very ripe, deep sherry notes, juicy sultanas, apricot, jute bags full of waxy apples but also notes of potpourri and spicy honey.

Taste

Soft, fruitcake, balsa wood, tropical fruit. Soft, mild spices, dried fruit, milk chocolate and ripe dates.

Finish

Long, warming, oaky and gently spicy sherry.
