Tasting notes

Nose

Pleasant aromas of ripe pears and stewed apples open the experience, followed by notes of vanilla and honey. A light peat smoke lingers in the background, accompanied by hints of toasted nuts and a touch of marzipan.

Taste

Full and rounded, with a beautiful balance between sweetness and spice. The first sip reveals notes of honeycomb, butterscotch, and almonds, with a soft touch of spicy oak and cinnamon. The cask influence adds an extra layer of complexity, with subtle hints of caramel and dark chocolate.
